The wall of
the fender body consists of a tightly reinforced rubber layer in
between an internal rubber layer and an extra thick external rubber
layer. The interlinking mesh is impregnated to form a rubber bridged
cross layer far superior to conventional tyre Cord a reinforcement
material which ensures performance and reliability. All layers are
perfectly sealed to form a homogeneous bag shaped unit along with its
specially designed mouth piece to relieve the built up stress at the
opening.
